We landed this morning at Louisbourg for a short "weather-stop" since a vicious gale (30 knots on the grib files) is approaching. We'll leave this sheltered -and charming- harbour right after the gale has passed, probably on Thursday evening.
Having an hour to kill this afternoon, I made the following plot showing the mileage we did since our departure from Trondheim. Funny to see the various crossings, and where we had looong relaxing periods...
Note that I used the datapoints corresponding to what you see on trip.lolonnois.net, which often make direct routes between our landings. I think that we can add a good 15% to account for rounding the capes, beating against the wind, etc... So we've been sailing 10000 miles! Nice huh?

Si vous vous embêtez, on va vous envoyer des trucs à faire! L'agenda au boulot est plein à craquer ;) Mais je suis sure que découvrir Louisbourg est bien plus distrayant!
Ce weeken, c'est Halten Ocean Race, et j'y vais avec 3 Dahlen et des prévisions météo dignes des tropiques!

Bon, 10000 miles, c'est plutôt bien, il en reste combien avant de retourner à la case départ ?

En France, ce jour, 30 mai, on a rallumé le chauffage mais gardons le moral c'est bientôt l'été !!
